    At Nowshahr Petrochemical, we use advanced technology and high-quality raw materials to produce ethanol from grains, especially corn, with precision, efficiency, and sustainability.

     

    Material Selection & Preparation

    We source premium corn and grains, clean and mill them to ensure the best fermentation base and maximum production yield.

    Fermentation & Distillation

    Starch is converted into ethanol through controlled enzymatic fermentation, followed by multi-stage distillation to achieve high purity.

    Dehydration & Quality Control

    Water is removed using molecular sieve technology, and each batch undergoes strict quality and purity testing before final delivery.
